A pioneer in the bottling of Corbières wines since the end of the 1970s, Château Étang des Colombes is renowned for its constant quality of wines.

Over the past six years, our range has expanded with two varietal wines, 100% Grenache and 100% Carignan, to go wonderfully with grilled meats and mixed salads. Summer wine par excellence that can also be drunk slightly chilled.

For convivial consumption, we have packaged certain AOP Corbières and Vins de Pays d'Oc wines in 5 and 10 liter wine fountains.

In 2001, we created a unique wine inspired by late harvest methods on the Viognier grape variety, harvested at the end of October when the stump is overripe. Then pressed directly, vinified and spent in barrels. To be compared to a late Alsatian harvest.

Located in the heart of the Corbières, Château Etang des Colombes produces AOP Corbières, Vin de Pays d'Oc and varietal wines. Located on a total area of 77 ha of vines, the estate has a clay-limestone, stony soil, the majority of the plots of which face south.

We cultivate the traditional grape varieties of the Corbières Appellation: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre. Our range of wines does not stop at Corbières, we also offer Vins de Pays d'Oc: on the Viognier grape variety as well as Grenache.

The constant regularity of the quality of our wines for more than 25 years has made us one of the best vintages of the Corbières.
